How our credit-based Memberships work...
At Ember & Frost, your membership is fully credit based, giving you the flexibility to design your own balance of fitness and wellness each month. Credits can be used across all of our offerings, Lagree, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and our wellness services, in any combination that fits your lifestyle. Each 25 minute express & 45 Minute class is 1 credit, every 30 minute contrast therapy session (infrared sauna + cold plunge) is 1 credit, and our RollStar Grand M Lymphatic Massage can be booked in 30 minute increments for 1 credit. Whether you want to focus solely on fitness, indulge in the wellness room, or mix both, you’re in control. Our semi-private classes ensure individualized attention with safe, effective workouts, even in our 25 minute express formats, which are designed for busy moms, students, and professionals who want maximum results in minimal time. With one membership, you gain all-inclusive access to Las Vegas’s only studio that blends cutting edge fitness with restorative wellness, so you can take care of both your body and mind.

Founding Memberships will be released exclusively to those on our interest list via email. This ensures that those who supported us from the start have the first opportunity to join.

When will I get the link to purchase?

Emails will begin going out on
September 21 at 9:00 AM. They’ll be sent in groups based on when you signed up for the interest list. Then the next group will receive their link until we’ve gone through the entire list.

Why are memberships being released in groups?

This staggered release ensures fairness and gives everyone a real opportunity to secure a membership without overwhelming the system.

We’ll then release our
Legacy Memberships, which include a
reduced $25 enrollment fee and discounted rates compared to standard pricing.

Signature Memberships will be available moving forward (aside from occasional promotions or holiday offers).
